Kenya National Highway Authority is embraced by the fast progress of Mau Mau road which links four counties in the Mount Kenya region.
KeNHA chairman engineer Wangai Ndirangu Speaking at Kiamara area in Murang’a when he led engineers from the authority to inspect the road yesterday, noted the importance of the road observing that it will be a major boost of agriculture through the road network.
Ndirangu further said, so far the contractors given tender to tarmac the more than 500-kilometer road have already done 10 kilometers and expects to tarmac more than 50 kilometers by December 2021.
