Court dismisses application to have some judges withdraw from BBI case
The Supreme Court has dismissed an application to have three judges withdraw themselves from the BBI appeal case.
The statement was delivered at the Supreme Court buildings during a physical session to mention and issue directions on the BBI Appeals.
Justices Njoki Ndungu, Smokin Wanjala, and Mohammed Ibrahim were the mentioned judges by activist Isaac Aluchier, to withdraw saying they are biased.
