Chaos broke out at Jacaranda grounds in Nairobi, on Sunday after the Azimio One Kenya and Kenya Kwanza supporters clashed during their rally.
Francis Mureithi Member of parliament aspirant in Embakasi East and Babu Owino also an aspirant on the same seat, both claimed to have booked the grounds to conduct their rally.
The supporters of the two parties started exchanging which created tension that prompted the police to disperse them by throwing tear gas canisters.
Babu Owino later announced to have postponed his event, but the Kenya Kwanza team led by Deputy president Ruto went ahead with their meeting.
Mureithi was also seen bleeding after being stoned by the angry crowd.
This incident, left two people injured and one arrested.
