Government to build 174 new classrooms in Narok County

The government will spend approximately Sh. 137 Million to build 174 new classrooms in various secondary schools in Narok County.

Narok County Commissioner Evans Achoki said the project is in readiness for the transition from primary school to junior secondary according to the new Competence Based Curriculum (CBC).

Achoki who addressed the media after holding a county CBC infrastructure committee meeting held in his boardroom said a total of 127 schools will benefit from the project that is supposed to be complete by April 2022.
