The 20th edition of the National Term One Primary and Secondary Special Needs Education (SNE) Games Championships opened at Nakuru High School, emphasizing inclusion.

Head of Field Coordination, Mr. Nelson Sifuna, emphasized the event's significance as a testament to the "indomitable spirit and boundless potential of every individual, regardless of their challenges."

He highlighted the games as a journey of "inclusivity, unity, and empowerment" that redefines sportsmanship and embraces diversity.

He commended the CBC curriculum reforms that integrate Physical Education (PE) and sports as a learning

Sifuna described the event as a platform for "dreams to flourish and barriers to be shattered."

He positioned sports as a journey of inclusion, unity, and empowerment, embracing diversity as a strength.

Referees and umpires were urged to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants across the ongoing Ministry of Education Schools’ Co-Curricular Activities.
