Two people believed to be lovers were found dead inside a house in Obunga slums in Kisumu in what authorities suspect is a deadly love triangle incident.
Local administrators said the victims were discovered in a residence within the informal settlement under unclear circumstances, with early indications pointing to a domestic dispute that escalated into violence.
Area chief Dennis Mbuya confirmed the incident, stating that preliminary findings suggest the killings may be linked to a romantic rivalry involving a third party.
