AFC Leopards have appointed Tom Juma as the new head coach, to be assisted by former Wazito FC head coach Fred Ambani.
The announcement was posted on the club’s official Twitter website on Tuesday morning, ending the speculations of who is taking over the mantle.
Juma takes over from Patrick Aussems who resigned from the club after three years at the helm since his appointment in February 2021.
The Leopards legend has been an understudy of Aussems since 2021 when Antony ‘Modo’ Kimani opted to leave the club and join Bandari.
Leopards will expect Juma will break the two over decade-jinx without the Premier League title.
Ingwe finished seventh on the log, 19 points behind leaders Gor Mahia in the just concluded FKF KPL 2022/2023 season.
