Wiper Democratic Movement leader Kalonzo Musyoka has called for order in the handling of a petition filed by former Nairobi governor Mike Sonko seeking for clearance so at to vie for the Mombasa governor seat under the Wiper party umbrella.
The chair of the committee Wambua Kalonzo directed IEBC to file a reply to the
three-pending petition by close of business yesterday Tuesday and the matter be heard Wednesday 11am.
The case has however escalated to a point of comparison that Sonko should be allowed to run on ground that president Uhuru and his deputy Ruto also run for the office of the president with a pending case in ICC in 2013.
