"Sabi Gurl" Back In The Country

The Nigerian singer Ayra Starr is back in Kenya just two months after her extensive performance at the Kenyatta International convention center in Nairobi.
According to media reports, the "Rush hitmaker" arrived in the country on Wednesday morning- her visit this time focused on signing a huge deal with an international brand.
The Nigerian singer scribbled a deal with the Maybelline New York brand as a brand ambassador of makeup and cosmetic products.
Starr will be part of the initiatives meant for women’s empowerment and self-expression now that she is the Maybelline New York spokesperson for Sub-Saharan Africa. She is also to stand for the brand across the region.
Maybelline termed Ayra as an international music artist with hits across the world, which has amazing style with millions of fans in Kenya who look up to her.
Starr as a young African artist, her engagement permits Maybelline's approach to a prominent goal market in a country with over 70% of its population under 35.
“The synergies between the brand and Ayra Starr’s unwavering passion for originality and individuality from the inspiration behind our partnership as we seek to empower our youthful population with the confidence that they can go for what they want,” said L’Oreal East Africa MD Yassine Bakkari.
'Sabi Gurl" is amongst the African advanced stars of 2022. Born Oyinkasola Sarah, the Afrobeats and R&B singer featured Rihanna in her hit single Rush lately.
