Mass Registration Drive For PWDs In Kajiado County

In a groundbreaking step towards inclusivity, the County Government of Kajiado, in collaboration with key partners, is set to conduct a Mass Assessment and Registration Exercise for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) on 27th May 2025 at Ewuaso Health Centre, Ewuaso Oo Inkidongi.
This comprehensive initiative aims to streamline access to essential services for PWDs across Kajiado West Subcounty. Participants will benefit from on-site medical assessments for disability certification, issuance of national IDs, birth certificate applications, registration with the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD), e-Citizen account openings, and other vital government services.
“This is a critical moment to reaffirm our commitment to inclusion and dignity for all. Every person living with a disability deserves full access to government services.” John Torris, Member of County Assembly for Ewuaso Oo Nkidong’i Ward, noted it through his social media accounts.
With the theme #LeaveNoOneBehind, the exercise is a declaration that inclusion is not a privilege but a right. All are encouraged to support and mobilize those in need for this life-changing opportunity.
