The initiatives announced include the provision of tax exemptions on all county government taxes for registered PWDs, alongside a commitment to issue KSh 50,000 grants to 20 PWD-inclusive groups in every ward to boost their economic empowerment and social protection. Furthermore, the administration continues to focus on institutional inclusion by strictly enforcing employment quotas and ensuring enhanced accessibility standards for all new public infrastructure.
