The independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chairman, Wafula Chebukati in a statement while speaking at a meeting with the Kenya Private Sector Alliance stated that the first batch of ballots for the August elections will be delivered on Thursday.
Chebukati also assure the nation that the ballot papers have not been tampered with since security details like serial numbers have been added.
He also noted that they are only printing 22,120,258 papers with no extras as the serial number has been updated with exact number of registered voters.
Chebukati said he will receive the ballot papers together with two other commissioners at the JKIA.
