Celebrity power couple Kate Actress and Director Phil have called it quits, this is according to their Instagram joint statement released on Tuesday.
“We came to a conclusion to end our marriage a long while ago and separated. We sincerely request everyone to honor our wishes for us and our children,” read the Instagram statement.
The couple said that they remained friends and would continue to support each other in their careers.
“Hii ni mambo ya watu wawili, but allow us to add you to the group chat kidogo, so we can proceed with our lives bila story mob.”
However, the couple did not disclose the reason for their breakup.
The news of the couple’s break-up comes as a surprise to their fans, leaving them heartbroken as they were always seen as one of the strongest couples in the entertainment industry. They had been together since 2017 and blessed with a daughter.
