Celebrated Private Chef for Arsenal Bernice Kariuki has announced her departure from the English Premier League team after cooking exclusively for first-team players, the management team, and members of Arsenal’s technical bench.

She announced her departure on her social media post on 28th May and stated that Arsenal’s 2022/2023 campaign was the best season.

Bernice was humbled to work for Arsenal and also stated that she was proud and Arsenal was the best club in the world.

She also thanked Kenyans for their support on Facebook and also uploaded pictures and videos of Arsenal and her enjoying her time working for them.

Born and raised in Nairobi’s Jericho Estate, Bernice Kariuki joined Arsenal back in 2021 as the first-team private chef.

Bernice had dreams. As she was raised as a girl from the ghetto living nothing but her dreams, she reintroduced herself as Arsenal’s first team private chef on social media ahead of her appointment with Mikel Arteta.

She studied culinary arts at Westminster Kingsway College in London after which she was privileged to work in prestigious hotels such as Dorchester Hotel, the Lanesborough Hotel, and Waldorf Hilton Hotel in the United Kingdom.

Bernice prepared meals for renowned players such as Nicholas Pepe, Pierre Aubameyang, and Thomas Partey among other players.

She managed the daily well-being and nutrition of the team before and after matches as well as menus as the team traveled.
