You might know Kamanu as a popular Ameru dance, but the name has also become synonymous with one of the community's top musician: Kamanu M'tuamwari. Kamanu M'tuamwari embraced it, seeing it as a way to honor the traditional Meru song and keep its spirit alive through his own identity.
