THE HASHTAG PODCAST: "The Disability Club is Full"

On this week's edition of Signs TV's "THE HASHTAG" podcast, famous personality DJ Robzy issued a touching message to his non-disabled peers: "Take good care of yourself; the club is full." His remark served as both a stern warning and a rallying cry for increased awareness of the realities of being a person with a disability.
DJ Robzy, who uses a wheelchair, opened up about an extremely painful personal incident that reinforced his message. He described a time when he ordered a cab only to be met with disrespect from the driver. According to Robzy, many drivers feel that a wheelchair will "mess up their car," therefore they treat the passenger as "a whole baggage."
This humiliating incident left a lasting impression on DJ Robzy, who expressed a strong desire for cab services to have a special option for People with Disabilities (PWDs). Such a feature, he argued, would allow drivers to be "mentally prepared" before taking a ride, resulting in a more polite and accommodating experience for those with disabilities.
