“I am a sportsman and I know that asiyekubali kushindwa si mshindani. I would easily accept defeat and congratulate the winner,” Raila said during an interview with journalist yesterday.
Azimio la Umoja – One Kenya Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga has vowed to accept defeat if he loses the August 9th 2022 general election. Raila was responding to the William Ruto who once asked him whether he will accept the result if defeated.
Raila who expressed his confidence in the preparedness of IEBC further went ahead with his deputy running mate Martha Karua stating that having free and fair election required all the players; the commission, political parties and candidates to take the responsibility.
Raila Odinga further went ahead to assure Kenyans that he will ensure that economy is boosted to ensure that the cost-of-living suites the local wananchi.
