In many nations, Father’s Day is celebrated in March, especially those influenced by Catholic traditions that associate fatherhood with Saint Joseph. Other countries, including Kenya and the United States, observe it in June.
The meaning of Father’s Day has expanded over time beyond biological fathers. It now includes stepfathers, guardians, grandfathers, and other male figures who take on fatherly roles in a child’s life.

Ultimately, Father’s Day serves as a reminder of the importance of paternal influence in human development. It highlights the value of fathers and father figures as essential pillars in both families and society, acknowledging their enduring impact across generations.
