Reality TV star and influencer Diana Marua has taken issue with her husband, singer Kevin Bahati, over his new song “Seti”, demanding that he pull it down from YouTube. According to her, the track undermines the family values and public image the two have worked hard to build.

In a TikTok video posted on Saturday, October 4, 2025, Diana addressed the growing buzz around her earlier comments on Bahati’s music, explaining that her reaction wasn’t about chasing clout but about standing by her principles.

“People think I made that post for attention or drama. But Bahati, until you take down that video, let’s show respect for family and values,” she said firmly.

The “Bibi ya Tajiri” singer clarified that she had no involvement in the production of Seti and wasn’t present on set during its filming. She added that as long as the video remains online, she will distance herself from Bahati publicly and professionally.

Diana emphasized that her stance was guided by respect for her family, her personal brand, and the corporate partners who expect her to uphold a positive image.

“Until that video is down, I’ll speak as ‘I’, not ‘we’. It’s time to get serious with life,” she remarked.

Bahati’s Seti video has caused quite a stir online, sparking heated debates over its daring lyrics and provocative visuals. Many fans have voiced concern that the former gospel artist has strayed too far from his original roots, while others defend his creative freedom.
