CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK!
Annually, the world over, customer service week is celebrated during the first full week of October and this year it will run from October 3rd till 7th, marking 31 years since its inception.
The customer service week is an international annual celebration which targets its focus on the importance of customer service.
In addition, it focuses on the people who provide it. It boosts the morale and rewards employees and also improves team work.
One of its main pivots is raising awareness on the value of customer service and how it has impacted society.
Many organizations globally took to their social media accounts to celebrate customer service week. This year’s theme is “Celebrate Service!”
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) have marked customer service week while celebrating a victorious recovery of 53.404 acres of grabbed public land worth 5 billion. The land will be utilized for Mukuru affordable housing which was launched by His Excellency William Ruto.
Diesel Power Company has offered a three bob discount on fuel from 3rd October to 7th October. Other organizations that have celebrated customer service week include Kenya Animal Genetics Resources Centre, AAR Hospital, ArtCaffe and CIC Group.
