Kenya named an entrepreneurship hub for Africa
International chamber of commerce (ICC) Deputy Director for Global Partnerships and Development, Gabriel Petrus has announced that, Kenya will be an entrepreneurship hub for East and Central Africa.
Speaking during an engagement meeting with small and medium-sized enterprises representatives at a Nairobi hotel, Mr.Petrus said, following the setup put up for Nairobi as an entrepreneurial center, will benefit SME's with skills and business opportunities from different nations.
The International Centre of Entrepreneurship Hub will be hosted by the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry with support from Investera Plus Africa, Mr. Petrus said, ICC picked Nairobi because of its vibrancy in digital technology.
