The 5th edition of the Uhai Festival is set to be held on 24th March, at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST), Kakamega County.

The annual festival celebrates life and creates a platform to promote and nurture the talents of persons with disabilities.

The event started in 2018 by Signs Media Kenya Limited (SMKL) in partnership with Machakos county and raises the bar in driving inclusion, leaving no one behind.

Persons with disabilities are invited and encouraged to participate in the various games available such as sitting volleyball, amputee football, darts, and table tennis.

The event will also be characterized by several social activities such as art performances by different groups.

Teams will be competing for the three big prizes of Ksh.150,000 for the champions, Ksh.100,000 for the second runners-up, and Ksh.50,000 for the third team.

Invitees and participants will be treated to an after-party at KeiKei Home stays, with cool music featuring Emmanual Musindi as the main performer.
