Tim Lewis To Step Down As Arsenal Executive Vice-Chair In Major Boardroom Shake-Up

Arsenal executive vice-chair Tim Lewis is set to leave his position in what marks a significant restructuring of the club’s leadership.
Lewis, 62, a corporate lawyer who has advised Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE) since 2007, joined Arsenal’s board as a director in September 2020 before being promoted to executive vice-chair in March 2023. His exit represents a dramatic shift in the Gunners’ leadership structure.
Josh Kroenke, 45, will continue to play a leading role in the club’s operations, while managing director Richard Garlick is set to be appointed CEO. Arsenal’s board will also welcome further additions, including two more KSE representatives, a long-term advisor, and film producer Ben Winston – a lifelong Arsenal supporter – as a director.
