Ojuka and Chepng'etich Among Nominees for SOYA Disability Awards
Samson Ojuka, the Paris Paralympics long jump silver medalist, and Michelle Chepng'etich, the World Ability Youth Games double gold medalist, have been named nominees for the prestigious Sportsman with Disability and Sportswoman with Disability awards at the 21st Sports Personality of the Year Awards (SOYA).
In a social media post by SOYA Awards Kenya, the ceremony is set to take place this Thursday in Nairobi at the Kenyatta International Conventional Center (KICC)
Other categories that will be honored include Coach of the Year, Sports Team Women, Sports Team Men, Schools Girls Team, Schools Boys Team, Schools Coach of the Year, and Hall of Fame.
