President Uhuru Kenyatta yesterday officially awarded a City charter to Nakuru becoming Kenya’s fourth City.
Nakuru now will be called the ‘City of Nakuru’ joining Nairobi, Kisumu, and Mombasa as Kenya’s cities.
The Head of State signed and handed over the Instruments of City Conferment to Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui at the rehabilitated Nyayo Gardens.
