Manchester United have reportedly made it clear they will not entertain any offers for midfielder Kobbie Mainoo in the upcoming January transfer window. Club sources indicate that United’s management views Mainoo as a vital part of their long-term project and have no intention of letting him leave, either on loan or permanently.

According to reports from UTD District and SportingPedia, United have already turned down early approaches and reaffirmed their stance that Mainoo will remain at Old Trafford beyond January. The 19-year-old has attracted interest from several clubs across Europe, including teams in Serie A and the Premier League, but United are standing firm.

Insiders say the club’s technical team, led by manager Ruben Amorim, believes Mainoo offers versatility and creativity in midfield that cannot be easily replaced mid-season. Amorim is said to view the youngster as a player who can develop into a regular starter with more minutes in the second half of the campaign.

However, reports from Football365 and FootballTransfers suggest that the player’s camp remains open to a temporary loan move if opportunities for first-team football remain limited. Despite this, United’s hierarchy insists that all proposals — including loan offers — will be rejected unless a suitable replacement is secured.

With the club currently rebuilding under Amorim, the message from Old Trafford is clear: Kobbie Mainoo is not for sale, and Manchester United intend to keep hold of one of their brightest young talents through the January window.
