Polish defender Jakub Kiwior is on the verge of completing a move to FC Porto from Arsenal. The 24-year-old will initially join on loan, with the deal including a €27 million mandatory buy option.
Kiwior is expected to sign a long-term contract with the Portuguese giants running until June 2030 once final details are concluded. Negotiations are now focused on performance-related bonuses before the agreement is officially sealed.
The former Spezia centre-back, who joined Arsenal in January 2023, made 38 appearances for the Gunners across all competitions. His switch to Porto marks a significant step as he looks to secure more regular playing time ahead of next summer’s European Championships.
