Germany Beat Northern Ireland 3-1 In World Cup Qualifier

Germany secured an important 3-1 victory over Northern Ireland in their UEFA World Cup Qualifier on Sunday night in Leipzig. The hosts recovered from an early setback to maintain their strong campaign in Group A.
Serge Gnabry opened the scoring in the 7th minute, giving Germany a perfect start. However, Northern Ireland responded in the 34th minute when Isaac Price converted from a setup by Devenny, bringing the score level before halftime.
In the second half, Germany’s quality shone through as Nadiem Amiri restored the lead in the 69th minute. Just three minutes later, Florian Wirtz sealed the win with a composed finish, ensuring Julian Nagelsmann’s side claimed all three points.
The result keeps Germany in a strong position in the qualification standings, while Northern Ireland’s hopes suffered another blow despite their spirited first-half performance.
