Celta Vigo continued their strong start with a 2-1 victory over Nice, while Freiburg beat Utrecht 2-0 to rise into the top five.
After three rounds, Midtjylland, Braga, and Lyon lead with nine points each, followed closely by Dinamo Zagreb, Viktoria Plzeň, and Freiburg on seven. At the other end, Crvena Zvezda and Malmö remain winless, each managing just one point. The competition now heads into Matchday 4 with qualification hopes beginning to take shape across Europe.
