Luis Diaz booked with a red card after scoring a brace

Bayern Munich earned a hard-fought 2–1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in a UEFA Champions League Group Stage clash at Parc des Princes on November 4, 2025.

Luis Díaz was the star of the opening half, striking twice in the 4th and 32nd minutes to give Bayern a commanding lead. However, the Colombian winger’s night turned turbulent when he was shown a red card deep into first-half stoppage time (45’+7) for a reckless foul.

Despite being reduced to ten men, Bayern showed impressive discipline and defensive organization. PSG managed to pull one back through João Neves in the 74th minute, setting up a tense finish as the French champions pushed for an equalizer.

Manuel Neuer and Bayern’s backline held firm under heavy PSG pressure, ensuring the German champions left Paris with all three points.

The victory strengthens Bayern Munich’s grip on top spot in their Champions League group, while PSG face an uphill battle to secure qualification in the remaining fixtures.
