Hundreds of Arsenal Football Club supporters from across Kenya gathered at Kang’o ka Jaramogi in Bondo, Siaya County, on Sunday, October 26, 2025, to pay tribute to the late Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga, a lifelong Gunners supporter and paid-up member of the club.
Fans, clad in Arsenal’s iconic red and white jerseys, laid wreaths and scarves beside Raila Odinga’s grave, singing club anthems and chanting in his honor. The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) confirmed the visit, highlighting the late leader’s deep connection to the football club.
Raila Odinga, who passed away on October 19, 2025, was widely known for his passion for football. He frequently followed Arsenal’s performances and also supported local football, serving as a patron of Gor Mahia FC.
