Former Arsenal player, Thomas Partey appeared at Southwark Crown Court in London today to plead not guilty to two new allegations of rape.
Thomas Partey has pleaded not guilty to two further rape charges during a court appearance in London on April 13, 2026, in a case that continues to draw significant attention.
The new charges relate to alleged incidents said to have occurred in December 2020 and involve a separate complainant, bringing the total number of women linked to the case to four.
Before these latest developments, Partey had already been charged with five counts of rape involving two women and one count of sexual assault concerning a third woman, all of which he has denied.
With the additional allegations, the total number of charges now stands at seven counts of rape and one count of sexual assault, covering a period of several years.
According to prosecutors, the earlier allegations are tied to incidents reported between 2021 and 2022, during his time playing in the English Premier League.
Partey has been released on bail as the case progresses, with the court imposing conditions including restrictions on contacting the complainants.
A full trial has been scheduled for November 2026, although the timeline could change as the case continues to develop and expand.
At the time of the latest court proceedings, Partey is playing for Villarreal CF after departing Arsenal FC in 2025.
His legal team maintains that he denies all allegations and is cooperating with investigators, with the case set to be resolved through the judicial process.
