Morgan Rogers Wins PFA Young Player of the Year

Aston Villa forward Morgan Rogers has been named the Men’s PFA Young Player of the Year after a standout 2024/25 season.
The 22-year-old was a key figure in Unai Emery’s side, starting all but one Premier League match, scoring eight goals and providing 10 assists as Villa secured a strong league campaign.
Rogers becomes the fifth Aston Villa player to claim the honour, joining former winners Andy Gray (1976-77), Gary Shaw (1980-81), Ashley Young (2008-09) and James Milner (2009-10).
The award recognises his rapid rise since joining the club, cementing his place among the league’s brightest young talents.
