Kenya And Madagascar Locked At 1-1 After Extra Time In CHAN Quarter-Final

Kenya and Madagascar played out a tense 1-1 draw after extra time in their Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) quarter-final clash at Kasarani Stadium. The match now heads to penalties to decide who books a spot in the semi-finals.
Kenya took the lead in the 48th minute when A. Omija converted from close range after good build-up play from B. Muchiri. However, Madagascar hit back in the 69th minute, with F. G. Razafimaro equalising from the penalty spot after a defensive lapse.
Both teams pushed for a winner in extra time, but missed chances and solid defending kept the scoreline level. The referee added several minutes of stoppage time across both halves, but neither side managed to break the deadlock.
