The 2025 Eastern Regional Primary School Term 2 Ball Games finals showcased an impressive display of talent across various disciplines.
In soccer, Isiolo emerged as champions in the boys’ category after a commanding 3-0 win over Kitui. In the girls’ final, Meru proved their strength with a solid 2-0 victory against Marsabit.
Volleyball finals were highly competitive. In the boys’ category, Marsabit narrowly defeated Kitui with a score of 3-2 to take home the title. The girls’ match was equally intense, as Makueni edged out Kitui in another close 3-2 contest.
In handball, Isiolo’s boys edged past Machakos 12-10 in a thrilling match to claim victory. On the girls’ side, Kitui showed dominance with a 21-15 win over Makueni to secure the championship.
Netball finals saw Machakos defeat Kitui 11-10 in the boys’ category, while Kitui got their revenge in the girls’ final with a 15-13 win over Machakos.
These finals not only highlighted the rising talent across the Eastern Region but also emphasized the growing competitive spirit in primary school sports.
