DONE DEAL: Fábio Vieira To Hamburger SV Sealed
Fábio Vieira’s move to Hamburger SV is officially complete, with the Portuguese midfielder set to arrive in Hamburg within the next hour for his medical tests.
The deal has been structured as an initial loan agreement, giving HSV a major boost in midfield creativity as they push forward with their ambitions this season.
Included in the agreement is an option to buy clause worth more than €20 million, underlining HSV’s long-term commitment to potentially securing Vieira’s services permanently.
This marks a significant addition for the German side, as they acquire a technically gifted playmaker with top-level experience, while the player gets a chance to revive his career with more regular playing time.
