The Ghana Football Association has reportedly appointed Portuguese coach Carlos Queiroz as the new head coach of the Ghana national football team (Black Stars) ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The decision marks a major leadership change for Ghana as the country seeks to strengthen its technical direction following a period of inconsistent performances in international competitions.
Queiroz, one of the most experienced international football managers in the game, is widely known for his extensive work with national teams across different continents over the past three decades.
