Manchester United have reached an agreement on personal terms with Royal Antwerp goalkeeper Senne Lammens as the club steps up plans to strengthen its goalkeeping department.
According to reports, negotiations between United and Antwerp are ongoing over a transfer fee expected to be around £17 million. The 22-year-old Belgian has attracted interest from several European clubs, but United have moved quickly to secure his signature.
Despite the imminent arrival of Lammens, first-choice goalkeeper André Onana is expected to remain at Old Trafford. Sources indicate that the Cameroonian international will stay and continue to compete for the No.1 spot, with Lammens seen as a long-term option to provide depth and competition.
