Deputy Development Director Lobo Advocates for Investing in Next Generation of Female Leaders

Eduarda Lobo Mendonca Gray, the Deputy Development Director at the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO) in Kenya, has passionately urged for greater support for women's leadership.
Speaking on the "Voice Show" aired by Signs TV, Lobo emphasized the persistent hurdles women face in climbing the professional ladder.
"I'm very passionate about leadership myself. Being a woman, I know the difficulties we face in getting to senior positions," Lobo stated.
She went on to highlight the immense potential of targeted support and mentorship for young women. She believes that by actively cultivating talent, girls can become powerful agents of change.
