NABO Capital Urges Kenyans to Invest With Purpose

In an insightful interview on Signs TV, Moses Njuguna, a private wealth manager at NABO Capital Investment Limited, called on Kenyans to embrace purpose-driven investing as a means of achieving long-term financial stability.
Speaking to host Alan Habert, Njuguna emphasized that the core of investment should go beyond profits and instead focus on building a resilient financial plan.
“Investing involves three things: the commitment of financial resources, an expected return over a specified period, and a given level of risk,” he explained.
Njuguna acknowledged that investment inherently involves risks but added that with clear goals and proper planning, such risks can be managed effectively. He stressed the importance of diversification and continuous monitoring.
“We should allocate our resources to different investments and try to diversify. If one gives less profit, another can compensate. You shouldn't rely solely on one income stream.” He said.
He further advised investors to understand the core business of any venture they put their money into and to regularly assess their portfolio, exiting any investments that consistently incur losses.
Founded in 2013, NABO Capital Investment Limited has played a significant role in shaping Kenya’s investment landscape. The firm has focused on inclusivity, bringing retail savers into regulated markets, offering competitive yield options, and transforming lives through innovative, mobile-enabled investment platforms.
